| 英文摘要 | 摘 要 Abstract –This paper summarizes the integrated design of a vertical heart pump, i.e. the LVAD (Left Ventricular Assist Device) of axial extra-ventricular type. The design objective is to systemize a data infrastructure for prototyping based on computer simulation. The system of the heart pump is composed of TETS (Transcutaneous Energy Transfer System), pump, magnetic bearings and motor. TETS transmits the 12VDC energy outside the body to the implanted 24VDC for motor driving, suspension of magnetic bearing and battery charging by using switching circuit and auto-tuning of power factor. A pump with 4 impellers, 7 guide vanes, nozzle and diffuser is simulated to pump a blood flow of 5 L/min at 6000 rpm and to estimate the reaction torque as well as the axial drag to be developed by a BLDC motor with 4 poles. A tri-pole magnetic bearing is to suspend the vertical pump shaft under disturbances from gravity, buoyancy, drag, eccentricity and attitude by keeping all pole gaps equalized.
