英文摘要 | Linear shaped charges (LSCs) are composed of a seamless metal sheath containing an explosives core. A "V" configuration is used for all current LSCs. The continuous linear metal sheath and explosives produce a linear cutting action. The main use of LSCs is for the cutting devices such as the separation system of spacecraft, escape capsule system for pilot and shell removal system of missile. In the near future, LSCs will be used extensively in the aerospace industry and will be demanded to be fast and precise. This paper describes the numerical simulations of LSCs cutting effect using MSC/DYTRAN as well as experimental results of LSCs in order to provide the information for developing such devices. |
