中文摘要 | 本實驗主要探討PbO含量對低熔鉛銅磷氧(含60mol% P�烙 )玻璃性質的影響。當PbO含量增加時(��20mol%),玻璃之密度提高,但莫耳體積玻和璃轉移溫度(T )均降低,同時化學耐久性亦獲得改善。PbO含量為20mol%時,玻璃的T 最低(240℃),化學耐久性最佳(溶解速率為9.0 x 10 g/cm�插Dmin)。由O1 PS分析之結果,證實玻璃結構中有P-O-Cu與P-O-Pb鍵聯之存在。PbO含量增加時,更多的Pb將進入玻璃網絡中產生P-O-Pb鍵聯,使得非架橋氧(P-O�狻MP=O)減少,而架橋氧(P-O-P)則保持不變。因此提高了玻璃網架之交聯密度,玻璃的結構更為緊密,使得化學耐久性獲得改善。過量的PbO(>20mol%),將使得P-O-Pb鍵聯減少,導致玻璃之化學耐久性變差。PbO在本玻璃物系中,係扮演著玻璃網絡形成劑及修飾劑之雙重角色。 |
英文摘要 | The effect of PbO content on the properties of Pb-Cu-P-O(with 60 mol% P�烙 ) glasses was studied. The density increases, while molar volume and glass transition temperature (T ) decrease, and the chemical durability of the glasses was enhanced with increasing PbO content (��20mol%). The glass with 20 mol% PbO has lowest T (240℃) and best chemical durability (∼9.0 x 10 g/cm.min). O 1s XPS indicates the formation of P-O-Cu and P-O-Pb linkages in the glass network. Increasing PbO content (��20mol%) prompts more Pb into the glass network to forming P-O-Pb linkages and leading to decrease the fraction of nonbridging oxygen (P-O and P=O), while the fraction of bridging oxygen (P-O-P) remains unchanged. Thus, the chemical durability is improved with increasing the crosslinking density of the glasses. The chemical durability of the glasses become poor due to decreasing P-O-Pb linkages as PbO content excess 20 mol%. PbO play dual structural roles, as network former and modifer in the studied glasses. |
