中文摘要 | 近年來由於各種臨時或短期用電戶增加很多,傳統的抄錶、收費制度並不實際。 因此,設計先付電費再享受用電之電力卡控制系統是很重要的。近年來由於微電腦技術發展 迅速,IC卡的應用也越來越普遍,本研究乃結合電力卡讀卡機與DSP320C32微電腦控制系 統,發展出電力卡控制系統。電力卡控制系統類似公共電話之模式,先買電力卡,再以電力 卡插入電力卡控制系統,此系統會輸出控制訊,控制連接供電線路之電磁開關接通,使用戶 得以使用電源。然後依用電度數及用電費率,計算用電價錢,並扣除電力卡內之金額。當沒 有剩餘金額或用戶不使用電源時,系統會輸出控制訊號,控制電磁開關打開,使用戶無法使 用電源。本研究所研製之雛形系統顯示功能及穩定性良好,電力卡制度技術上應屬可行。 |
英文摘要 | Conventional method of collecting payments can not be applied to Taipower's temporary power customers of which increased in recent years. Recently, the microcomputer techniques and IC card applications have been developed. In this research, we proposed a power card control system which combines the power card reader and the DSP 320C32 microcomputer control system. The feature of the power card control system is similar to that of public telephone. The power customer must first buy the power card; then the power card is put in the power card reader that generates a control signal to control the magnetic switch on and to supply the power to the power customer. The power expenditure is calculated in accordance with the reading of the power used. When the cost in power card is exhausted, the power card reader will generate a control signal to control the magnetic switch off and to stop the power transmission. The power card control system which functioned stabley in the demonstration of its prototype was considered technically feasible. |
