中文摘要 | 本研究以彩色豆馬勃(Pisolithus tinctorius (Pers) Coker & Couch)及大環柄菇(Macrolepiota procera (Scop. Ex Fr.) Sing)之蛭石菌絲體及龜紋硬皮馬勃(Scleroderma areolatum Her.)之孢子懸浮液,接種至青剛櫟苗後,栽植於貧瘠造林地,俾確定菌根苗在貧瘠土壤生長之效應。 試驗地位於國立臺灣大學農學院實驗林管理處內茅埔營林區,20林班85-1號造林地,此造林地為磚紅土化之紅壤,土層極為淺薄,化學性質甚劣,土壤pH值為3.57,而土壤中養分含量:全氦量只有0.016%、有效P為2.11mg/100g、有效K為1.97mg/100g、可置換Ca為0.1534meq/100g、有效Mg為0.0087meq/100g,此土壤屬於極為貧瘠之酸性土壤。 試驗結果顯示,生長於此貧瘠酸性土壤之有無接種青剛櫟苗,其菌根感染率之多寡及菌種不同與苗木生長有明顯的差異;未接種苗之養分吸收嚴重受阻,且葉部缺乏N、P、K、Mg,並呈現黃化的病徵及生長遲滯等現象。 接種處理之苗木,其菌根感染率平均值都在70%以上,經由ANOVA分析的結果顯示,接種苗之生長量與對照組呈顯著差異(P<0.005),接種苗之生長量,均值多為對照組的1.5至3倍。這三種接種之外生菌根菌種中,就高生長及根徑生長言,以接種彩色豆馬勃者最佳,次為龜紋硬皮勃者,再次為接種大環柄菇者;就根系重量而言,以接種龜紋硬皮馬勒者最佳。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of mycorrhizal seedlings grown in the infertile soils. The ectomycorrhizal Cyclobalanoasis glauca seedlings which were inoculated with vermiculite-mycelium carrier of Pisolithus tinctorius and Macrolepiota procera or with spore suspensioin of Scleroderma areolatum and the uninoculated non-mycorhizal C. glauca seedlings were planted in the infertile soils. The experimental site was located at NTU Experimental Forest. The soils were laterized Red Loam. The soil was very shallow and its soil chemical properties indicated a poor soil with extremely low pH (3.57) and very low available nutrient concentrations (total N 0.016%, available P2O5 and K2O only 2.11 and 1.97mg per 100g dry soil respectively). The results showed that the inoculated and uninoculated seedlings, which grew in the infertile and extremely acid soils were significant different in both mycorrhizal infection percentage and seedlings growth. The uninoculated seedlings lacked N, P, K and Mg and showed chlorotric symptom and their growth were stagnated. The average mycorrhizal infection percentage of all inoculated seedlings was more than 70%. The results of ANOVA showed that the average growth of all inoculated seedlings were significantly (P<0.05) higher (1.5 to 3.0 times more) than those of the uninoculated. In terms of height growth and root collar diameter growth, seedlings inoculated with P. tinctorius were the best, those inoculated with S. areolateum the second best, and those inoculated with M-procera the worst, among the three inoculated seedlings. In terms of the root dry weight, seedlings inoculated with S. areolatum were the best. |
