中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討實施雙導師制之功能,以提供教育單位作為推展訓導工作的參考。 本研究以教育部(廳)頒布法令為研究之理論基礎,並以問卷調查法蒐集事實資料。使用工 具為「對雙導師實施之意見調查問卷」。研究樣本以學校專任教師為對象,於80年5月5日發 出問卷122份,至6月1日回收問卷共78份。研究所獲資料,經次數百分比、平均數及單因子 變異數分析等統計方法分析後,獲至主要結論如下: 一、學校教師對目前「雙導師制實施」功能大致滿意。 二、學校教師對依此現況繼續實施雙導師制大致贊成。 三、實施雙導師制度帶給科主任的主要困擾依序是:(一)遴薦導師人選。(二)兩位導師 之間的配合不佳。(三)承擔主任導師所負的責任。 四、擔任導師工作讓導師感到的主要困擾依序是:(一)與行政單位之間的連繫與配合不佳。 (二)學生問題過多。(三)承擔導師工作責任過於繁重。 五、專任教師未擔任導師工作的原因依序是:(一)未被聘請擔任。(二)感到與行政單位 之間的連繫與配合不容易。(三)承擔導師工作責任會過於繁重。 六、只要有能力者即是擔任導師之最佳人選,但應有擔任該班之授課。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this paper is to study the functions of implementation for the two-tutor system so as to provide suggestions to the educational authority for the purpose of improving the work to teach and guide students. This stydy is based on the orders of the Ministry of Education, and used by the method of questionnair survey to collect data. The material used in this study is "The survey questionnair of view on the implementation of the two-tutor system". The sample of this study includes all the full-time teachers of the National I-Lan institute of Agriculture and Technology. The data of this study obtained from the survey questionnair, and conclusions through Percentage, Average, and Oneway Analysis are mainly as follows: 1. Most of teachers are satisfied with the functions of the two-tutor system. 2. Most of teachers agree that the two-tutor system can be continued. 3. The implementation of the two-tutor system brings some main troubles to the director of tutors are as following: (1) how to choose a good tutor, (2) the cooperation between the two tutors is not very good, (3)the duty of the director of tutors is overload. 4. The tutors have some main troubles which are as fooling: (1) the cooperation between the administrative organizations and the tutors is not good, (2) students' problems are too many, (3) the duty of a tutor is overload. 5. The yeasons of the full-time teachers who couldn't be a tutor are as following: (1) unemployed as a tutor,(2) the cooperation with the administrative organizations was not easy, (3) the duty as a tutor was overload. 6. Anyone who has the ability to be a good tutor shoulld be the teacher of the class. |
