中文摘要 | 隨著產業升級,要求自動化的趨勢應運而生,因此也增加了對設備維護的需求, 為了有效地進行設備維護工作,設備維護系統的構建與設計便成為製造系統中不可或缺的一 大要務。然而設備維護活動與生產控制活動間必須相互協調方得順利進行,為此,本文首先 討論設備維護系統與場區控制間之關係,繼而探討設備維護系統之範疇與任務,並提出設備 維護系統之內部作業流程,且以此為基礎,說明設備維護系統在發展技術面之相關設計要項 包括 (1) 資料收集系統設計、(2) 維護策略 / 週期訂定及 (3) 系統績效評估三部份, 文 中特別針對該三項設計要項,參照與比較過去之文獻,探討應有的、適當的設計細項步驟或 模式以輔助設備維護系統的設計。 |
英文摘要 | The trend of automation has caused an increased equipment maintenance. In order to effectively perform maintenance activities, how to design a proper equipment maintenance system (EMS) is essential in the contemporary automated manufacturing systems. The maintenance activities should well cooperate with the production activities on the shop floor. Thereby, this paper first focuses on the discussion between the EMS and the shop floor control. In addition, the system scope is defined and an EMS internal operating process is investigated. From both the scope and the operating process, we clarify the supposed EMS design issues covering (1)the data collection system design, (2)the maintenance strategy and frequency determination, and (3)the system performance evaluation. According to these issues and by referring to the literature review, detailed steps and their associated models for designing the EMS are proposed. |
