中文摘要 | 繼前報探討TMP及CTMP 製漿條件之影響因子與動力解纖之關係。綜合試驗結果如 下:(1)解纖時之解纖溫度影響電力消耗量最為顯著,即較高溫度之解纖將可獲取較經濟 之電力消耗量。(2)解纖刀間隙於不同溫度解纖條件下對電力消耗量影響較不顯著,但對 較高容積密度之闊葉樹--相思樹說則反以較大刀間隙有較低之電力消耗量。 (3) 各試材之 纖維吸水性能有所差異。但同一樹種之不同含水率之木片解纖動力差異性頗大,尤其含水 率在 64-67% 之情況下之高溫解纖反提高電力消耗量。 (4)TMP 紙漿之電力消耗量一般較 CTMP 紙漿消耗量為大, 而各試材之 CTMP 之電力消耗量隨用藥量之增加而有下降之趨勢, 其中以針葉樹材之 CTMP 之電力消耗量較闊葉樹材之 CTMP 為大,而蔗渣及麻竹則介於其中 。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between pulping variables and defibrizing power consumption. The experimental results are summarized as follows:(1)The defibrizing power consumption is affected by defibrizing temperature, chemicals dosage, and the clearance between knife tip and counter-knife of defibrator. Among them, the defibrizing temperature is the most important factor. The higher the defibrizing temperature is, the less the defibrizing power consumption is required. (2) Under various defibrizing temperature, and the clearance between knife tip and counter-knife of defibrator doesn't influence the power consumption so significantly. But with higher sp. gr. species such as Taiwan acacia, the larger the clearance, the less power consumption is required. (3)The power consumption of the chips of the same species with different moisture content varies greatly. Although under high temperature circumstance if chips with high moisture (64-67%) were difibrized, the power consumption will be high. (4)The power consumption of TMP is higher than that of CTMP. Meanwhile, the power consumption of CTMP of certain species decreases with the increase of chemical dosage. For comparison of the power consumption of CTMP among hardwood, softwood and non-wood species, the magnitude of power consumption is in the following order softwoods>non-wood species>hardwoods. |
