中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討正向領導的測量模式以及正向領導和心理資本的潛在關聯。研究者採用問卷調查法,以高雄市484名幼兒園教師為受試者,透過正向領導量表、心理資本問卷來蒐集實證資料。問卷調查所得實證資料透過驗證性因素分析和結構方程模式進行資料處理,分析結果顯示正向領導二階因素測量模式,整體模式適配度良好。複核效度的交叉考驗結果,證實正向領導二階因素測量模式具有跨樣本穩定性。而且正向領導和幼兒園教師心理資本相關之間具有顯著正向關聯。根據研究發現,研究者對正向領導知覺的提升以及未來研究提出建議。 |
英文摘要 | The main purposes of this study were to develop a theory-based measure of positive leadership, and explore potential association between positive leadership and preschool teachers' psychological capital. A sample of 484 preschool teachers from Kaohsiung City completed self-report measures of positive leadership and psychological capital. The obtained data were analyzed by confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) and structural equation modeling (SEM). Statistical analysis yielded the following results. First, second-order four factor model of positive leadership performed adequate goodness of fit. Second, cross-validation of positive leadership second-order measurement model is confirmed. Third, there was significantly positive correlation between positive leadership and preschool teachers' psychological capital. Based on these results, implication for promotion of positive leadership was discussed. And suggestions for future study were provided in this study. |
