中文摘要 | 本研究主要的目的在瞭解兒童在兒童中心取向遊戲治療之轉變歷程。本研究採歷程研究,以幼稚園大班的一位男童(化名小柏)為研究對象進行每週一次,每次三十分鐘,合計六次的兒童中心取向遊戲治療。遊戲過程全程錄影,均轉成逐字稿,藉此探討兒童在遊戲治療過程中的轉變歷程。 研究結果如下: 一、 會選擇多樣性的玩具來玩,隨著次數的增加,媒材使用的功能會跳脫原有的功能,讓一切變更有彈性,也添加不少創意。 二、 遊戲型態,從「明確」、「伴隨口語遊戲」的大幅上揚,以及「不明確的遊戲」和「探索式遊戲」明顯下降,顯示兒童已能表現出自己想像什麼。 三、 語言表達的質與量,隨著遊戲治療的進行,有顯著的增加;語言類型方面在治療的初期階段為「無語」、「單字被動回應」和「弄出音效」,到「簡短回應」,到後期階段的「主動報導」和「自然交談」。顯示兒童的語言表達方面變得豐富且主動。 四、 非語言及情感表達的轉變歷程分析中,從「肢體動作的放鬆」、「眼神注視著治療者」和「表達快樂」的大幅上揚,顯示兒童已能表現出輕鬆及愉悅的一面。 五、 兒童在遊戲過程中,與治療者的互動由疏離到親近、由被動轉變為主動;對治療師的攻擊行為,從開始的試探治療師的反應,到後來想以此與治療師做連結。 六、 在所呈現議題方面,攻擊與死亡之重覆主題及娃娃屋的遊戲行為變化,呈現自我療癒及自我成長的歷程。 七、 個案對自我的概念,從負向轉變為正向,能夠展現及看到自己的能力,以及表現的更有自信。 最後研究者透過研究結果與討論,對於輔導工作實務及未來研究提出建議。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of the study was to understanding the transition process which a child named Bol (a pseudo name) received child-centered play therapy. Bol was a five years old student at kindergarden. The counseling session was 30 minutes per each session, and once a week for six sessions. The whole process was videotaped as well as transcribed. And The data were analyzed in terms of the transition process. The major findings were as follows: 1. Select multimaterials to play, as the frequency of toys being used increases, the toys’ function is different from the original one, which makes everything more flexible and creative. 2. As to the activities involved, the “certain games” and “games accompanied with oral speech” goes up while the “uncertain games” and “exploratory game” drop obviously, which means the child already knows what he wants to do. 3. The frequency and quality of verbal expression increases along with different stages. The language types are obvious from “silence”, “one word reaction” and “sound effects” to “simple word reaction” at initial stage, and then form “active report” to “free expression” which shows the child has greater variety in language expression. 4. In the analysis about non-verbal and feeling expression, “relaxation of body language”, “eye contact at the therapist” and “showing happiness” increase greatly. This indicates that the child is able to present himself in an active, relaxed and pleased way. 5. During the process of these sessions, the child turns out to be more affective and active with the therapist. The attack behavior is from exploratory therapist’s reaction to connect with therapist. 6. Regarding to the issues presented, the theme of attack, death and dolls room play behavior, includes the change from self curing to self growth. 7. The self concept of child was from negative to positive. The implication and suggestions for further research were addressed. |
