中文摘要 | 容忍取向提供參數同時或獨自變動時,有用且便利之整合敏感度分析方法。本研究係經由容忍取向分析,估計不影響最佳決策架構下之悔恨容忍範圍。產品創新「訣竅」是企業的重要營業秘密,傳統上對此研究大多在法律面,鮮少關注管理面。因為,產品創新「訣竅」可以增加新產品銷售而獲利,但亦引來競爭者以還原工程或獨自研發該「訣竅」,而進入市場分享其獲利。本研究建構創始廠商對於「訣竅」最佳保護期間之悔恨容忍敏感度分析模式,以分析參數之影響及其容忍範圍。本文的貢獻乃是基於敏感度分析方法,建構以產量為決策變數之產品品質訣竅創新最佳保密期的數量分析決策模型,補充先前智慧財產權研究,採用數量分析之不足。 |
英文摘要 | The tolerance approach was proposed as an effective and easy-to-use decision method to summarize the effects of simultaneous and independent changes in selected parameters. This approach provides a regret-tolerance within which selected parameters may vary from their estimated values while still retaining the same decision structure. Knowledge of innovation product is an important type of trade secret, but traditional studies about its protection are focused on legality, and little on management. This know-how produces a new product for sale. Competitors may develop it by reverse engineering or independent discovery, and then enter this market to steal profits. This paper formulates an optimal protection horizon problem for know-how, and uses regret-tolerance sensitivity analysis to find the ranges of individual parameters, its influences and boundaries. Our contributions in this paper is to consider quantities of production in decision models to analysis the optimal protection horizon for Innovation product’s quality know-how with sensitivities analysis method. Those may to make up a deficiency of the intellectual property rights study in quantity analysis before. |
