中文摘要 | 知識經濟時代,數位資訊科技的蓬勃發展,電子資訊科技已經在我們的生活裏占了很重要的一環,電子資源使用與網站服務品質其重要性及需求性與日俱增,值得加以探討。本研究主要目的為從網站服務品質觀點與整合性科技接受模式,探討電子資源使用行為意圖,並利用結構方程模式技術(SEM),驗證研究模式配適度。本研究以問卷調查為主要研究方法,研究對象為高雄市六所公私立大學四年級與碩士二年級學生,研究工具為自編之電子資源使用行為意圖調查問卷,採叢集抽樣調查,總計發放問卷1206份,回收有效問卷1089份,有效回收率90.3%,利用SPSS與AMOS統計軟體進行資料統計分析與模式驗證。研究發現學生上網最常進行的是社交活動,結論為:(1)本研究各變項相互間兩兩相關;(2)網站服務品質對行為意圖具正向顯著影響;(3)績效期望、社群影響與助益環境均正向影響行為意圖與(4)本研究模式適配度佳,適用整合性科技接受模式。實證研究結論與建議提供相關單位管理實務與未來學術研究參考。 |
英文摘要 | In the era of knowledge economy, the booming of electronic information technology has played a very important part in our lives. The demands and the importance of uses of electronic resources and website service quality are growing. The issues related to the phenomena described above should be explored. The main purpose of this study is to accept the views from the website service quality and integrate unified theory of acceptance and use of technology model to explore the use of electronic resources behavioral intentions, and to model validation studies with moderation by using structural equation modeling techniques (SEM). This study uses questionnaire survey as the main research method, the object including fourth year undergraduate students and second year postgraduate students from six public and private universities in Kaohsiung. This study uses a cluster sampling, releasing 1206 questionnaires, and retrieves 1089 valid questionnaires, for a valid retrieval rate of 90.3%. The study found that the most common use of internet for students is doing social activities. The conclusions are: (1) the pairs of variables are correlated; (2) website service quality has a significant positive influence on behavioral intention; (3) performance expectancy, social influence and facilitating conditions positively affect behavioral intention. (4) this study has good fit in the model, and is applicable for the unified theory of acceptance and use of technology. Empirical research results and suggestions are provided for the relevant departments for practice and future academic research. |
