中文摘要 | 本研究目的旨在以學校工程採購為主題,依據研究發展模式發展一份適用於國民小學校長的問題本位專業發展方案,並驗證其適切性和實施成效。研究結果獲得以下結論: 一、研究發展模式適合用來做為問題本位專業發展方案的發展依據。 二、所發展的問題本位專業發展方案適切性良好。 三、所發展的問題本位專業發展方案在國民小學校長專業發展上實施成效良好。 四、國民小學校長對於問題本位學習方式抱持正面肯定的態度。 研究最後並對教育行政機關、國民小學校長以及未來的相關研究者提出建議。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study is to use the research and development (R & D) model to design a problem-based learning project which is concerned with the purchase of school construction for the principals of elementary schools, and verify the fitness and the effect of implementation of this project. The outcomes of this study have reached the following conclusions. 1. The R&D model is suitable as the strategy to design the problem-based learning project. 2. The problem-based learning project is effective and appropriate. 3. The problem-based learning project is effectively applied in the professional development f principals. 4. The principals of elementary schools hold a positive attitude toward problem-based learning. The results of this study serve to offer suggestions to the educational administration, the principals of elementary schools and the future researchers of related studies. |
