中文摘要 | 在本文中,提出一個利用表面電漿共振原理及內部全反射外差干涉技術的光電生化感測器,此一生化感測器乃是一條長條稜鏡,其一側之長條側邊鍍上金屬薄膜,而另一長條側邊則無鍍上金屬薄膜。經由模擬選取適當的入射角將一外差光源射入此一生化感測器,我們可於出射端量取待測物所引起之垂直偏振光與水平偏振光的相位差變化,經由運算可以得知待測物之相關參數。此一生化感測器具有可即時量測、解析度高、靈敏度高、操作容易以及不受環境干擾等等優點。 |
英文摘要 | In this paper, an optical biosensor based on the surface Plasmon resonance technology and multiple total-internal reflections in heterodyne interferometry is proposed. The optical biosensor is a parallelogram prism, i.e., an elongated prism, which one hypotenuse surface is coated with metal films and the other one is not. As a heterodyne optical source is launched into the optical biosensor at a suitable incident angle, we can obtain the phase difference between s- and p- polarizations at the output of the optical biosensor. By numerical computation, we can achieve the related parameters of the optical biosensor. The optical biosensor has some merits, e.g., a simple optical setup, easy operation, high measurement accuracy, high resolution, high sensitivity, rapid measurement, and high stability, etc. |
