中文摘要 | 近年來隨著民主化的發展,國民所得的提昇與休閒時間的增加,國人學習機會和意願也逐漸提高,使得整個社會增加了對學校教育的依賴,現實的社會環境也使得終身學習的需求越來越迫切。透過社區學習體系,整合學校資源、社區資源、文化生活與產業活動,使其社群成員彼此之間形成一個互相開放、交流、整合的體系,營造學校社區化的學習環境。 本文首先探討社區的概念與學校社區化的教育意涵,了解學校與社區之間的關係與學校社區化的做法後,進而探討施行學校社區化面臨的困境。提出學校與社區合作與互動的建議,期望將社區資源帶進教室、將教室延伸到社區,建構社區終身學習體制,發揮「學校社區化、社區學校化」的積極功能。 |
英文摘要 | In the recent years, owing to the development of democratization, increment in capita income and time for leisure, people in Taiwan have more chances and are more motivated to pursue further education. The result is a society more dependent on education provided by schools, and more demanding on life-long learning. We should build our base upon a community learning system which integrates resources form schools and communities, culture and commercial activities. By doing so, the interactions among the members will then be opened, interactive and integrated; moreover, a community learning environment will be developed. I will first introduce the importance of a community learning system, the interactions between schools and communities and types of community resources. Furthermore, the obstacles encountered during the process of building a community learning system will be specified, and my proposals for collaborating schools and communities will also be stated. By bringing community resources into classrooms and extending classrooms into communities, an initiative community learning system will ultimately be able benefit its members. |
