| 英文摘要 | The oxidation behavior of two Ni-base superalloys (Inconel 713 (In-713) and MAR-M-004 (MM4)) was studied over the temperature range 900~1100℃ in dry air. The results indicated that the oxidation kinetics of the two alloys followed the parabolic rate law at all temperatures, and the oxidation rate constants increased with increasing temperature. The scales formed on both alloys were similar and temperature-dependent, consisting mostly of Cr₂O₃ and Al₂O₃ at T≤1000℃, while NiCr₂O₄ and NiAl₂O₄ were also detected at 1100℃. |
