英文摘要 | In a number direction service center, the call completion service allows callers to be put directly through to the business they wish to connect. The callers do not have to hang up and dial the numbers by themselves. Not only can this service save callers the trouble of writing down or memorizing the numbers, but also, as a charged service, can increase the revenue of the number directory centers. In terms of functionality, the call completion service may seem precise and straight forward, but the implementation of this service involves the re-planning of the PSTN network for the service centers, the modification and integration of billing systems, and providing access for both mobile and fixed line users. Therefore, well thought out planning and close cooperation of many related systems are all vital and necessary. This paper describes the functional requirements of the call completion service, and the planning and design results. |
