中文摘要 | 研究氫鍵結與質子轉移對分子內電荷轉移化合物的影響,是本文著重的地方。氫鍵結與質子轉移雖然簡單,但在生物物理及生物化學上卻相當重要。酸鹼反應依據質子酸酸度、Brønsted-Lowry 鹼的鹼度和介質極性而可形成酸鹼複合物、離子對複合物或自由離子。因為化合物經分子內電荷轉移後的鹼度增加,因此激發態酸鹼反應會產生不同產物。在非極性溶劑中,酸濃度強烈影響酸鹼反應。酸濃度影響的同共軛效應可藉由最大吸收位置紅移而加以定量。 |
英文摘要 | The influence of hydrogen bond and proton transfer to the compounds possessing intramolecular charge transfer (ICT) were reviewed in this work. Hydrogen bond and proton transfer are simple but important in biophysics and biochemistry. Depending on acidity of a protic acid, basicity of a Brønsted-Lowry base, and polarity of the medium, an acid-base reaction can produce a hydrogen-bonding complex, ion-pair complex, or free ions. Since the basicity of a compound possessing ICT increases upon photo-excitation, thus the acid-base reaction will form different products in the excited state. The acid concentration strongly influences the acid-base reaction in a non-polar solvent. The homoconjugation effect (HE) induced by the presence of an acid was quantified by the red shift of absorption maxima. |
