中文摘要 | 本研究探討四斑小瓢蟲(Scymnus quadrillum (Motschulsky))(鞘翅目:瓢蟲料)於25°C下之生物特性。自嘉義市芋頭植株上採回四斑小瓢蟲末齡幼蟲,先以芋頭上之棉蚜飼養作為蟲源,飼養一代後再進行室內25°C恆溫下生活史之觀察。實驗結果指出卵期平均3.6±0.1日、幼蟲期平均7.4±0.1日、前蛹期平均1.6+0.1日、蛹期平均4.9±1.2日;成蟲壽命平均77.4±5.7日;產卵數0-1015粒/隻,平均為543.23±73.65粒/隻。以兩性生命表分析數據,內在增殖率(r)為0.1088/日;淨生殖率(Ro)為165.99/female;終極增殖率(λ)為1.1151日;平均世代時間(T)為46.97/日。 |
英文摘要 | Life cycle of dusky ladybug, Scymnus quadrillum (Coleoptera: Coccinellidae) was studied under 25°C. Last stage larvae were collected from taro plants and reared with cotton aphids for one generation and then conducted the life cycle study at 25°C. The data had shown that the egg stage was 3.6±0.1 d; larval stage was 7.4±0.1 d; prepupal stage was 1.6+0.1 d; pupal stage was 4.9±1.2 d; adult longevity was 77.4±5.7 d. The average fecundity was 0-1015 with mean of 543.23±73.65 egg/female Intrinsic rate of increase (r) was 0.1088/d; the reproductive rate (Ro) was 165.99/female; the finite rate of increase (λ) was 1.115/d; the mean generation time (T) was 46.97/d. |
