中文摘要 | 電腦輔助檢視為實踐電腦輔助品質管制的手法之一,本研究之目的在整合一機器視覺系統與電腦輔助設計的軟體,已發展一逆向工程系統。在電腦輔助檢視之過程當中,此系統可以產製二維及三維的工件圖形,藉以比照所產製的圖形與標準的工件藍圖,可發覺製造過程中之工程間變異,並可供逆向追溯其原因。 |
英文摘要 | Computer-Aided Inspection (CAI) is one approach to implement Computer-Aided Quality Control (CAQC). In this research, a machine vision system and Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software were integrated to develop a reverse engineering system. The system can generate both two and three dimensional (2D/3D) drawings during CAI process. The cause of engineering changes in manufacturing then can be traced by comparing the drawings with the standard specification of the parts. |
