中文摘要 | 本研究建立一套圖樣取樣及辨識機制來克服手寫簽名所導致圖像的位移(Shift)、旋轉(Rotation)及方向性(Orientation)的問題。藉由使用掌上型電腦(Handheld PC)作為前端手寫輸入設備,取得簽名圖樣,並採用圖樣之細線化(Thinning)、正規化(Normalization)、凸點(Convex hull)以及圓心定點法等影像前處理步驟進行影像前處理,並配合環形區域取樣方式,達到特徵旋轉不變的效果,並使用非監督式SOM (Self-Organizing Maps)類神經網路來學習以及識別簽名時隨著時間所產生的漸進式改變,達到智慧學習的目的。實驗結果得知環形取樣對於辨識率已經具有較佳的效果,辨識率高達90.23%,採用本文所提出的方法進行識別,無論手寫簽名圖樣產生了位移、旋轉情形都可以有效地處理圖樣之不變性特徵。然而對於手寫簽名這類型不確定性高的樣本,並且手寫簽名圖樣所產生的變異性具有不穩定的特性,因此對於圖樣的差異較無法有效的細部識別,導致誤判率9.63%。由此可知環形取樣方式對於相似之手寫簽名圖樣無法更有效的降低誤判率。 |
英文摘要 | In this study, an identification system of pictures and identifying machine were produced to overcome the problems such as shift, rotation, and orientation of the traditional signature system. By using handheld PC, we can process the signature with the techniques of thinning, normalization, convex hull and central pointed method. The processed signature can later be identified and adapted through the SOM (Self-Organizing Maps) Neutral Network in which it will reach the goal of intelligent learning from the self studies and recognition. The experimental results show that by taking ring samples helps produce a higher rate of verification to as high as 90.23%. Using the process suggested by this study to undergo verification, no matter a shift or a rotation is present in the handwritten signature system; the process will still be able to effectively identify the picture's unchanging characteristics. As for the handwritten signature, the variations of the same signature can cause the identifying process to be troublesome and unstable, and it also has an error rate of 9.63%. Therefore, the identifying of the signatures with the use of the traditional method cannot be effectively used to minimize the error. |
