英文摘要 | The study first examines current status of Human Resource Development (HRD) in an emerging economy, Bangladesh, and then identifies the barriers to develop the human resources. Both the primary and secondary data have been taken into consideration to analyze the development position of human resources. It is argued that if appropriate action is taken to develop the human resources, it will improve the productivity and profit of the organization as well as the economic condition of Bangladesh. The study concludes with some suggested actions which should be implemented by governments, Non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and the private sectors as an integrated effort. |
