中文摘要 | 本研究的動機是見於國內教育界及出版界對中國印刷用宋體字和明體字、仿宋體的說明,出現混亂的現象。為了澄清如此的混亂,透過版本學和文獻的對照,嘗試將這三種字體分別釐正清楚。另外也要理解這三種字體的沿革,如何到達現在的地步。 本論文分成七節,第一節是前言,第二節研究目的,是第三節是關於市售書籍中對宋體字、仿宋體、明體字說明的探討,第四節是宋體字的歷史演變,第五節是宋朝古書印刷字體與書法家風格,第六節是有關宋體、仿宋體、明朝體名辭之文獻與字形圖例的比較,第七節是結論。 本研究的結論如下: 1. 臺灣目前印刷、編輯設計界所稱呼的「宋體字」,源頭不是日本,而是中國。其產生的年代不是在宋朝,而是在明朝的嘉靖年間;改良自宋朝字體(手寫雕版書字體)的印刷用字體。其基本結構是以宋朝年間所流行的刻書字體,改良成為較適合雕版的綜合性字體。 2. 至於現代印刷用之「明朝體」字是於1869年,由美國人姜氏將美華書館所製再傳入日本;因仿自明隆萬時之字形,故稱為明朝體。而近期照相打字字體則因多由日本傳入,所以現代發展開來的打字印刷均以「明朝體」稱呼。 3. 仿宋體-較宋體具書寫意味,其定名應於清末民初之際,關於仿宋體的稱謂在各種打字系統中則較為一致。 |
英文摘要 | The motive for the research is encouraged after seeing the disorder appeared in educational and publish circles' interpretation toward Sung Character, Ming Character and Imitated Sung Character. In order to resolve this problem, we are trying to differentiate these three types of characters by comparing the 版本學 and documents (records), and to further understand their development progress. This research is consist of nine chapters. The first chapter is introduction, second research purpose. In chapter three, we have a detail discussion on how the market sales book h as interpreted these three characters. The historical development of Sung Character is covered in chapter four. The fifth chapter is about the stylish of printing characters shown in the ancient book of Sung Dynasty and calligrapher. In chapter six, there is a comparing list about these three character's names and illustrations which we have collected from many documents. The conclusion is made in chapter seven and followed by the index and reference. 1. The origin of so called Sung Character (宋體字) is not from Japan, but China. It was developed in Ming Dynasty, in the years of Jia jing, instead of Sung Dynasty, by improving the Sung's carving and printing characters. Its basic form is to transfer the very popular carving (刻書) characters in Sung Dynasty, into a character which is more comprehensive and suitable for engraving. 2. In 1869, an American, Chiang, brought the six types of characters developed by 美華書館 into Japan. With the help from Chiang, 日人本木昌造鑄字. Seven types of characters were developed at that time. As it imitated the characters shown in the years of Ming Long Wann they called it Ming Characters. (明體字) Since most of the Photo type are from Japan afterward, the Ming characters is now used to refer as the modern developed Typorgraphy, which is actually the same type of character as Sung Character. 3. Imitated Sung Character (仿宋體)-it is more like a running script. It's name was first used at the end of Ching Dynasty and beginning of Ming Dynasty. The term Imitated Sung Character were used both in typing and printing systems. Ming Character-After the Sung Character was brought into Japan from China, it was then called as the Ming Character, the common term used in today's computer typing. |
