中文摘要 | 本研究探討都市化及農業活動對基隆河支流外雙溪5個採樣站,水棲昆蟲群聚在時間及空間上的變異情形。從1993年12月至1996年6月,利用蘇伯氏網(面積=50×50 cm²;網目=250 µm)每個月採集水棲昆蟲一次。描述群聚結構的參數,如種群數(number of taxa)、香濃指標(Shannon-Weaver diversity index)、均勻度(evenness)、及馬氏指標(Margalef index),在上游的採樣站皆有較大的值。相反地,這些採樣佔有較低值的喜氏生物指標(Hilsenhoff's biotic index(HBI))、喜氏科級生物指標(Hilsenhoff's family biotic index(FBI))、辛普生指數(Simpson index)與搖蚊百分比。複因子變方分析(analysis of variance)分析採樣站間、年間、與季節間這些群聚參數之差異。結果顯示所有群聚結構參數皆有顯著的差異(p < 0.05),反應出都市化與農業活動的影響隨著愈往下游而增加。對應分析(correspondence analysis)也呈現同樣的結果,很明顯的將上游採樣站與下有採樣站分開。此分析也顯示水棲昆蟲群聚年間的變異大於季節間的變異,群聚參數,如隨HBI、FBI、與辛普生指數,隨著採樣時間而增加,代表在這段採樣期間,都市化與農業活動的影響也跟著增加。 |
英文摘要 | Spatial and temporal changes in aquatic insect community structures were examined at five sites in the Wai-Shuang-Hsi Stream, a triburary of the Keelung River, affected by urbanization and agriculutral activities. A Surber sampler (area=50×50 cm²; mesh size=250 µm) was used to collect aquatic insects monthly from December 1993 to June 1996. Community descriptors, such as number of taxa, Shannon-Weaver diversity index, eveness, Margalef index, were generally higher upstream sites. Inversely, the other community descriptors, such as Hilsenhoff's biotic index (HBI), Hilesnhoff's family-level biotic index (FBI), and percentage of Chironomidae were lower at these sites. Results from repeated-measures analysis of variance showed that there were significant differences in site effects of all community descriptors and reflected that the influences of urbanization and agricultural activities on the stream system increased downstream. The diagram of correspondence analysis (CA) clearly separated the sample scores at site 5 (upstream site) from those at the other downstream sites. Temporal patterns of aquatic insect assemblages in the CA diagram showed that inter-annual variations of community descriptors were more obvious than seasonal changes. The community descriptor, such as HBI, FBI, and percentage of Chironomidae, increased during the sampling period, suggesting the influences of urbanization and agricultural activities increased over years. |
