英文摘要 | Purpose of this paper is to provide a rugby player, to develop the best fitness required carbohydrate nutritional supplements and related information. Carbohydrates but allow muscles in football, the most important physical sources and the main components of the diet. Good sources of carbohydrates include cereals, various breads, barley, rice crackers, pasta and rice, potatoes (avoid eating high-calorie fries), corn food, pizza and a variety of beans, fruits and juices. The composition is approximately65% of overall caloric intake. But nutritional intake must be based on individual metabolism and activity of different intensity may be. |
