中文摘要 | 地景生態生主要探討鑲嵌塊效應的空間結構特性對廣泛生態問題的影響。眾多保育生物學與資源管理問題的領域與課題,都與土地使用有關,且顯示出地景生態學的重要性。雖然地景生態學已發展出許多廣泛性、通則性理論,但是對於物種在地景中,從微地景尺度下的環境資源面到地景尺度下的地景結構對物種之影響的整體機制相關研究卻不多。本研究以溪頭地區之細蝶(Acraea issoria formosana)為例,探討地景結構對其族群在嵌塊體中分佈之影響因素。研究結果顯示,在地景尺度下可以透過迴歸式的建立,瞭解影響細蝶在地景中分佈之因素,並預測出細蝶在嵌塊體中出現的機率與密度;此外,更可從微地景尺度,精確的描述出細蝶在嵌塊體內部之分佈情形及其與植群之關係。透過上述兩個尺度之探討與銜接,可以完整的勾勒出細蝶在溪頭地景中從巨觀到微觀之分佈模式,包括影響族群傳遞因子、細蝶生育的環境與空間以及細蝶對植群的依存關係,並提供了一個研究地景生態與生物族群生態間的參考模式。 |
英文摘要 | Landscape ecology mainly deals with extensive ecological effect of spatial structure and mosaic habitats. Many disciplines in conservation biology and resource management are related to land use, showing the importance of landscape ecology concept. In spite of the development of extensive, generalized theories in landscape ecology, only a few studies examined the effect of habitat resources and landscape structure on species in both micro-landscape and landscape scales. Therefore, we engaged in this study to investigate the effect of factors in both landscape and micro-landscape scales on the distribution of Acraea issoria formosana in Chitou, and to predict their probability and density in the patches as well. The objectives of this study were (1)to discuss the factors influencing the distribution of Acraea in the patches within landscape scale, (2)to discuss the factors affecting Acraea density in the patches within landscape scale, and (3)to examine the relationship between the distribution of Acraea and the plant community inside the patches within micro-landscape scale. The results showed that we could compute distribution of Acraea in landscape and predict the percentage and density of Acraea in the patches within landscape scale by using regression models. Within the micro-landscape, distribution of Acraea could be accurately described inside the patches by relating the distribution of Acraea to the plant community. In terms of landscape scale (both macro and micro), the distribution of Acraea, including factors of species distribution, habitat condition and Acraea reliance on lant community, could be better understood. This study provided an example in the investigation of landscape ecology and population ecology in both macro and micro cscales. |
