中文摘要 | 囿於二值邏輯觀念影響,傳統績效評估方法並無法適切反應出評估者(rater)在評 估時所可能產生之不確定現象。 因此,本研究嘗試引入模糊集合理論 (fuzzy set theory) 於績效評估中,並藉由質化與量化評估指標之結合、AHP 方法之準則權重賦予,建立一新的 績效評估方法。 實證研究主要選取旅行業業務員為對象:首先,透過 5 家旅行社負責人深 度訪談,架構研究基本方向與概念;其次,藉由 10 家大型綜合旅行社員工問卷調查,建立 評估基本準則及層級架構;最後,經由個案公司主管之成對比較問卷,獲致最終評估結果。 |
英文摘要 | Limits to the strongly effect of crystal value reasoning, the traditional performance appraisal rating formats can not reflect the uncertainty phenomena objectively when the raters are doing performance appraisal. Thus, in this study we tried to incorporate the fuzzy set theory into the rating format, besides, we also combined the qualitative and quantitative performance appraisal criteria and employed the AHP method so as to explore and develop a new performance appraisal rating format. Travel agency industry was selected as the research object; the in-depth personal interviews with five travel agencies' owner; investigation of 10 wholesale travel agencies' employees, and finally the executives' pairwise comparison were all conducted in the study. |
