英文摘要 | The trend toward international free trade forces the people in charge of marketing policy in a firm to be concerned with intellectual property rights. By their tremendous marker power, economic empires force their trade partners to accept their concept of intellectual property and accessory norms. Taiwan is an economic entity greatly dependent on international trade, so Taiwan is unable to escape this economic pressure. The current paper focuses on intellectual property issues involved in marketin management, analyzes the threat from these economic empires to our marketer, and argues some solutions. |
