中文摘要 | 對於岩石材料在試驗室中常見的力學試驗,由於所模擬的應力狀況過於簡化,使得在探討複雜應力作用下之的力學行為是件相當不易的工作。為克服此項問題,本研究中將利用自行建立起來之中空三軸加載設備,以木山層砂岩材料,進行一系列在不同應力路徑下的試驗,以建立起在主應力空間中的破壞強度曲面,同時藉由試驗的結果,對於Kim-Lade之強度破壞預測模式、Mohr-Coulomb破壞準則及Hoek-Brown破壞準則等之適用性進行更深入的討論。由試驗的結果得知在主應力空間中之破壞強度曲面,其在八面體面上所成之強度破壞曲線型狀近似內凹之三角形,而在三度空間中之破壞強度曲面則呈現為一傘形曲面狀。至於試驗的結果與各項預測模式作一比較,顯示出Kim-Lade所提出之岩石強度曲面預測模式對木山層砂岩的破壞強度曲可提供一個較佳的模擬結果。 |
英文摘要 | The conventional triaxial test is often unable to simulate complex stress conditions. To understand the mechanical behavior of rocks under complex conditions, the true triaxial test and hollow cylinder test have been employed by many researchers. This study performed a series of hollow cylinder torsion and compression tests as well as conventional triaxial tests on the sandstone of the Mu-San formation in Pei-tou, Taipei. Tests were carried out under different stress paths to establish the failure strength surface of the sandstone in principal stress space. And the availability of Kim-Lade's model, Mohr-Coulomb failure criterion and Hoek-Brown's failure criterion were checked by comparing with the results obtained from those tests. Based on the results of testing, the failure strength surface of the sandstone in principal stress space presents as a surface similar to a umbrella, And its projection on the octahedral plane is like a concave triangle. It is quite the same as the predicting strength surface obtained by Kim & Lade's model. Therefore, it shows that Kim & Lade's model can offer a good simulation for predicting the failure surface of Mu-San sandstone. |
