中文摘要 | 目的:在於分析200公尺短跑選手爆發力與成績之相關性,進一步探討選手下肢長度與步幅、步頻之相關,以提供教練及選手作為訓練時的參考。方法:本研究對象為14名高中男子短跑選手,平均年齡為17.36±1.84歲、平均成績為24.79±.89秒、平均身高為174.64±5.28公分、平均體重為64.93±5.18公斤、平均下肢長度為94.43±3.85公分。實驗以立定三次跳測驗作為爆發力成績,再以攝影機拍攝選手200公尺全程跑,擷取影像資料(速度為60張/秒),計算200公尺全程跑時間,主要的統計方法為描述統計,再以Pearson積差相關考驗爆發力與成績的相關性以及下肢長度與步幅、步頻之相關,顯著水準定為α=.05。結果:200公尺全程跑的成績與爆發力呈現顯著中高負相關(r=-.714,p<.05),而下肢長度與步幅呈現顯著中高正相關(r=.574,p<.05)。結論:一、200公尺全程跑,選手爆發力會影響成績表現,其200公尺成績較差的選手,爆發力表現也較差。二、受試者下肢長度與步幅能力關係密切,其下肢長度較長者,步幅也相對較大,下肢長度會影響步幅能力表現。 |
英文摘要 | Purpose: The purpose of this study was to the explosive strength and grades, and stride length, stride frequency, and legs length of the relationship among these parameters was further investigated for generating useful information for coaches and athletes while training. Method: 14 male senior high school sprint athletes were recruited in this study as subjects and their averaged age, grade, height, weight, and legs length are 17.36 ± 1.84 years old, 24.79 ± .89 seconds, 174.64 ± 5.28 centimeters, 64.93 ± 5.18 kilograms, and 94.43 ± 3.85 centimeters. As using the standing long jump which jumps three times continuously be the grade of explosive performance; then we record the athletes of 200m Sprinting of the whole distance and capture data that we record. The speed of the data is film 60 second and calculate 200m times. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics and we used Pearson product moment correlation to test the relation among explosive strength, legs length, and grade, stride length, stride frequency, and legs length of 200 meters. The level of significance was α = .05. Results: 200m Sprinting Explosive strength and grade performance of the subjects are negatively related (r = -.714, p < .05). the relation among legs length, and stride length are positive (r = .574, p < .05). Conclusions: (1) 200m of the whole distance, athletes' lower limbs will impact their grade of performance. Shows the worse of the athlete's grade is, the worse explosive strength of the athletes will be. (2) Those tested who the lower limbs are related between the strength and stride length, so the athletes who have longer strength and so does the bigger stride length than others. As we cans say that the length of lower limbs impact on the performance of ability. |
