英文摘要 | To deduct the cost of photovoltaic generating system is a key issue in promoting this system. This text especially introduces the concentrator photovoltaic generating system which can save the cost of photovoltaic panels that share more than 60% of total system cost and the chemical compound semi-conductor solar cells which will be most proper for use as the concentrator type solar cell. This text introduces the chemical compound semi-conductor solar cell which could possibly replace the current silicon crystal solar cells and that have the high efficiency, good temperature chrematistics and proper for use as concentrator type cells in order to upgrade the power output with less module surface area. In this text, we will especially report the characteristics of Ⅱ-Ⅵ family (CdTe、CIS),Ⅲ-Ⅴ family multi-junction solar cells, concentrator type solar cells concentrator, homogenizer and tracking system, etc. for reference of readers. |
