中文摘要 | 本文鑑於能源危機以及工業與民生限電的衝擊,因此針對現行中國國家標準有關三相及單相感應電動機效率標準的規定進行檢討,首先經由市場調查、取樣測試及參考國外效率標準,發現現行中國國家標準有關感應電動機之效率標準偏低,確有修訂的必要。因此透過各種配合成本分析之技術改善方案,利用壽命成本分析,取其最低成本之改善方案,而得到效率的最佳修訂值。經比較發現三相感應電動機效率的最佳修正值與美國1997年密閉式感應電動機效率標準差距很小,因此本文建議參照美國1997年效率標準;至於單相感應電動機,本文建議一馬力以下者較現行中國國家標準規定效率提升百分之十,一馬力者提升百分之十六,一點五至五馬力者提升百分之二十。無論三相或單相感應電動機皆分兩個階段修訂,而於第二階段,將可達到壽命成本分析的最佳修訂值,而每個階段的時間間隔建議為兩年,以逐步提升感應電動機的效率標準。若根據本文所提出之三相及單相感應電動機效率修訂值確實執行,則每年將可節省電量3.54億度,故本文研究成果對節約能源及紓解尖峰用電有很大的助益。 |
英文摘要 | This paper makes an overall review on the Chinese National Standards (CNS) about the efficiency of three-phase and single phase induction motors, under impact of energy shortage and electricity supply limits of industry and general consumers in Taiwan. First, after conducting market investigation and motor testing as well as comparing the efficiency standards of foreign countries, it can be found that the current CNS concerning the efficiency of induction motors are relatively low and need to be revised. Through a series of improvement projects concerning life cycle cost analysis techniques, the improvement project which offers the lowest cost was adopted, and therefore the best revision value of efficiency was obtained. In comparing the best revision value of efficiency of three-phase induction motors with the U. S. efficiency standard of enclosed induction motors in 1997, it can be found little difference between them. Therefore, adopting the U. S. efficiency standard in 1997 was suggested. As for single phase induction motors, the current CNS efficiency standard for motors below one horse power can be promoted by 10%, for one horse power motors by 16%, for motors between 1.5 to 5 horse power, by 20%. Two revision stages will be adopted for both three-phase and single phase induction motors. The best revision value will be obtained from life cycle cost analysis in the second stage. It will take two years for completing both stages so as to gradually upgrade the efficiency standard of induction motors. If the newly revised efficiency value of both single phase and three-phase induction motors in this paper can be really adopted, three hundred and fifty four million kWH can be saved every year, and therefore, the energy is saved and the power shortage problem during peak load period is solved. |
