中文摘要 | 統一型交換維運支援系統(Unified Switching Operations Support System, USOSS)是一套 由本所交換研究室所研發與建構的交換維運支援系統(Switching Operations and Support System, SOSS),具有整合各類型數立交換機、減少現場維運人力之特性及提高維運品質、降低交換機 維護成本之效益。在交換機維運實務上,維運人員常需要分析、統計交換機所輸出的各式維運 訊息、泄生各類型以表,便於研判交換機障礙的原因、瞭解交換機的執行效率、設備的負載情 況或用戶使用電話的行為模式。報表產生器(Report Generator)是為USOSS系統所設計的一套報 表製作工具,它具有操作上與交換機機型、訊息類別無關的特點,以簡易且友善的人機介面取 代傳統報表程式的撰寫,提供報表輸出成不同的格式使結果的表現與利用性更具彈性,希望日 後維運人員能以這套通用的報表製作工具簡便且即時地產生出大部份的傳統報表。本文針對 USOSS系統中的報表產生器作深入詳實的探討,其內容有:1.緒言,2.系統原理與應用技巧, 3.報表產生器系統說明,4.結論。 |
英文摘要 | The Web-based Attendance Management System is a manageable system for personnel department which is designed for collecting employees' attendance timestamps and provides online application forms for employee to apply for leaving and absence. Each level's managers can also permit or reject the employees' requested forms and get their attendance reports by using a browser. The personnel department also can audit and manage all the employees' attendances via this system. This system is going to replace the manual process of personnel department's jobs such as generating many kinds of statistic reports. In addition, the payment for working over time and the business traffic fee can be transferred directly into employee's individual band account by this system. This system is an efficient tool and will improve the office automation for personnel management. This paper is proposed to give a brief introduction to this system. Mainly, it can be divided into 6 sections: introduction, system structures, operations, functions, design, and the state-of-the-art. |
