中文摘要 | 入侵紅火蟻( Solenopsis invicta Buren ) 與熱帶火蟻( S. geminata ( Fabricius) ) 均為國外侵入之害蟲,本試驗針對國內外 14 種用於火蟻防治之殺蟲藥劑進行火蟻之毒效比較。結果以有機磷類殺蟲劑中之馬拉松( Malathion 50 % EC )和芬殺松( Fenthion 50 % EC ),與除蟲菊類殺蟲劑中之第滅寧( Deltamethrin 2.8 % EC )、賽滅寧( Cypermethrin 5 % EC )、百滅寧( Permethrin 10 % EC )、畢芬寧( Bifenthrin 2.8 % EC )和芬化利( Fenvalerate 20 % WP )毒效較佳,處理入侵紅火蟻 2 小時後之 LC 90 為 0.066-0.192 ml/l ,相當於稀釋 5200-16000 倍。處理熱帶火蟻 2 小時後之 LC 90 為 0.051-0.134 ml/l ,相當於稀釋 7500-20000 倍。胺基甲酸鹽類殺蟲劑中之加保利( Carbaryl 85 % WP )和安丹( Propoxur 50 % WP ),以及芬普尼( Fipronil 4.95 % FP )等藥劑毒效次之。而有機磷類殺蟲劑中之三氯松( Trichlorfon 95 % SP ),以及賜諾殺( Spinosyns 11.6 % FP )、亞滅培( Mospilan 20 % SP )和益達胺( Imidacloprid 9.6 % SL )等殺蟲劑則毒效較差,不適於作為入侵紅火蟻或熱帶火蟻之觸殺劑。 |
英文摘要 | The red imported fire ant, Solenopsis invicta Buren, and tropical fire ant, S. geminata ( Fabricius), are invasive insects in Taiwan . Toxicities of 14 insecticides were tested for the control of these 2 species of fire ants. Results showed that 2 organic phosphates, malathion (50 % EC) and fenthion (50 % EC), and 5 synthetic pyrethroids, deltamethrin (2.8 % EC), cypermethrip (5 % EC), permethrin (10 % EC), fenvalerate (20 % WP), and bifenthrin (2.8 % EC), were more toxic. LC 90 values of these insecticides for S. invicta were 0.066~0.192 ml/l, equivalent to 5,200~16,000 times dilutions; while LC 90 values for S. geminate were 0.051~0.134 ml/l, equivalent to 7500~20,000 times dilutions. Two carbamates, carbaryl (85 % WP) and propoxur (50 % WP), and fipronil (4.95 % FP) were less toxic. Triclorfon (95 % SP), spinosyns (11.6 % FP), mospilan (20 % SP), and imidacloprid (9.6 % SL) were the least toxic and are not proper contact poisonous chemicals for red imported fire ant or tropical fire ant. |
