中文摘要 | 研究中首度提供一旋轉燃燒管流的實驗裝置,經由精密的設計,燃氣連續、穩定供應於高速旋轉的石英玻璃管中。藉此,對液化石油氣/空氣的預混氣,在不同當量比、入口平均流速、管轉速、置放方向和管徑、整流子位置等,與火焰傳播速度、回火間的關係做詳細的探討與分析。結果顯示火焰傳播速度隨轉速增加幾呈線性增加;不同燃燒管流場引起的火焰面拉伸、預混氣的Le≠1與優先擴散等效應,對貧、富當量比預混氣的火焰性質有不同程度的影響。 |
英文摘要 | The research has provided an experimental apparatus to study the flame behaviors in a rotating flow field, through sophisticated design, combustible mixture can continuously, steadily supply to the quartz tubing with high rotating speed. Premixed LPG/AIR with different fuel/air ratio, average inlet flow velocity, tube rotational speed, orientation and size, and position of flow straighten tubing, are investigated and analyzed to find their relation to the flame propagating speed and the flash bask condition. The results show that the flame propagating speed is almost linearly increased as increasing of tube rotational speed; the flow with tube rotating induced flame surface stretch, combing with Le≠1 and preferential diffusion effects of mixture, which then affect the burning characteristics of lean and rich mixtures to different extent. |
