中文摘要 | 植體的置入常因齒槽骨的不足而有其困難度,手術置入植體主要取決於補綴體之設計,次要取決於齒槽骨的多寡。本文之目的在於整理近年來人類重組成骨蛋白質對生物之潛能與臨床之關連性,並介紹其對牙科槽增高術與牙科植體固定之運用。文中証實rhBMP之成分與運用方式的改進與植體設計的改良增加了骨整合的成功率,尤其是rhBMP,在骨生成與基因控制上提供了一個新的方向。雖然至今,骨生長因子仍不十分明確,但一般學者相信骨骼與植體間之互動並非靜態而是動態,利用骨生長因子有助於植體骨整合。 |
英文摘要 | Implant placement may be difficult due to alveolar ridge aberrations. Surgical placement of dental implants is governed primarily by the prosthetic design and secondarily by the morphology and quality of the alveolar bone. The purpose of this review is to summarize recent advances in the biologic potential, the clinical relevance, and the perspectives of the application of recombinant human bone morphogenetic protein-2 (rhBMP-2) technology for alveolar bone augmentation and dental implant fixation. The review demonstrates that continuous improvement is composition, surface modality of rhBMP and design of implants may benefit osseointegration and clinical longevity of such implants. This rhBMP-2 offers and enormous potential of genetic controlling and promoting osteogenesis. The bone growth factor are not fully understood, but most researchers agree that the contact between the bioactive surface layer of the implant and bone is not static but dynamic and that the above factors may maximize the implant osseointegration |
