中文摘要 | 近年來,除了進口防火板材外,國內廠商紛紛投入相關建材開發與生產,由於廠商發展時機稍晚,在缺代資金與經營經驗下,常有廠商缺代競爭力,進入市場不久即退出市場。因此,探討臺灣防火板材事業經營與競爭關鍵因素及有關策略,成為本文的研究課題。本文研究對象涵蓋生產製造、研發、規劃設計、行銷、施工之國內板材業、裝潢業、建築/營建工程業,經銷/通路商、建築師/技師事務所、研究機構等,並透過發放問卷調查方式,針對上述事業之中高階主管,就其對防火板材事業經營與競爭的認知提出見解。然後經由理論與文獻探討所構之實証模式,採用因素分析法進行模式實後正,以萃取山經營與競爭的關鍵因素,如「環保與購買力」、「標準規範與顧客的重視度」、「事業發展策略」、「市場與產品發展策略」、「人力素質、市場應變與獎勵誘因」、「顧客價值與行銷能力」、「研發與顧客服務」、「市場率、財務力與附加價值」、「市場競爭力」、「建立MIS系統」、「產品品質與成本管控」、「相關技術支援與經營規模」、「組織溝通與上市時間」、「產品與技術之專屬性」等。 研究發現防火板材業宜優先強化「顧客價值與行銷能力」、「研發與顧客服務」、「建立MIS系統」、「相關技術支援與經營規模」、「組織溝通與上市時間」等關鍵因素,以持續維持優勢。 |
英文摘要 | Recently, the domestic manufacturers start developing and producing the associated building materials except for the imported fire-resistant boards, the timing of developing the fire-resistant boards, however, seems to be late, and our domestic manufacturers are in lack of the capital and the experience in management. Some of the domestic manufacturers lead to be frequently prone to pull back from the market because they are not competitive. Therefore, discussing the key points and the related strategies of management and competition of fire-resistant board industries in Taiwan becomes the research subject of this thesis. The targets of the research are including inland board industries, decorative businesses, building or construction engineering, distributors or channel businesses, architect business offices, and research organizations etc. Based on the questionnaire, we collect the viewpoints of the management and competition of fire-resistant board industries from the aforesaid businesses and their supervisor. And then, we inquire into the model which established by means of the theory and literature review. We proceed with the practical proof by making use of the way of factor analysis in order to extract the key factors of the management and competition. Based on the empirical result of the study, some key factors of fire-resistant board industries should be primarily strengthened in order to keep dominating position, such as the value of customers and the ability of marketing, research and development, and customer service, establishment of MIS system, backup of related technologies and the scale of management, communication of organizations and the timing of going on the market. |
