英文摘要 | A large amount of diluted purge solutions or non- biological proof liquid wastes are difficult to handle in the disposal of industrial wastes. In order to obtain both effects on color removal and the reduction of organics content, one concentrated, discharged from a polyester- textile manufacturing plant, called dispersive azo- dyestuffs slurry, was treated by Fenton's method and the wet oxidation (WO) process. This research showed that by the WO process only, the reduction of chemical oxygen demand(COD) could reach 95% and the abatement of visible absorbance of the effluent could be greater than 100 times. |
