中文摘要 | 本研究主要目的是探討產業界在導入高速切削加工之過程中,切削加工法、夾治具設計、刀具設計為最關鍵之技術問題,因為其係影響工件整體加工時間與加工精度。 本文以壓鑄鋁合金馬達殼加工之研究,從加工製程規劃,加工設備選用,夾治具之挾持點設計與加工精度之影響,以及高速加工刀具本體設計、刀片材質選用等相關技術問題逐一作深入研究,並利用田口實驗法分析切削參數,以求得最適化切削條件。 由研究結果得知,在應用高速加工技術於壓鑄鋁合金之馬達殼加工,從過去加工時間每154秒/件,縮短為目前每40秒/件,單機產能提升為3.85倍;而且加工尺寸之機器機力(Cm/Cmk)值大於1.67,培林孔圓柱度公差平均值縮小為4.7μm。 |
英文摘要 | The main purpose of this research is to investigate the key parameters including machining process, design of jigs and fixtures, and design of cutting tools when the High-Speed-Machining process is introducing into industrials. Those paramters will affect the machining time and the machining precision. This thesis is investigate the High-Speed-Machining of aluminum alloy motor housing die casting, Focus on relative technical problems of the process planning, analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of tailor-made machine or general type CNC lathe or horizontal machining center, the relation between fix point design of fixture&jig and machining precision, the design of high-speed tool holder, and the selection of cutting tool materials. Moreover, the Taguchi method is used to analyze the machining parameters for obtaining the optimum machining conditions. By applying High-Speed-Machining on aluminum alloy motor housing die casting, the cycle time reduces from 154 sec to 40 sec per piece and machine capacity increases 3.85 times. Meanwhile, the process capability (Cm&Cmk) of machining precision is greater than 1.67 and the average cylindricity tolerance at the bearing seat reduces to 4.7μm. |
