中文摘要 | 本研究目的為了解各種臺灣外銷運動眼鏡鏡片對紫外線的防護效果,及可見光的穿透情形。並針對國內市場作調查,以協助產業界作製程改良之參考。作為本校視光科建立產學合作模式之起步。 本研究方法為收集各種外銷運動眼鏡,以光譜分析儀分析其在紫外線和可見光區的穿透情形。將所得的各曲線經電腦計算後繪出CIE圖,比較其對紫外線的防護效果。並針對鏡片及運動眼鏡成品作耐衝擊測試及物理性之探討。 本研究結果顯示經紫外線防護處理的運動眼鏡聚碳酸酯鏡片(PC)對紫外線的防護效果最好,其次為未經處理的安全眼鏡樹酯鏡片,玻璃鏡片的效果最差。外銷之運動眼鏡耐衝擊效果高出ANSIZ87.1標準許多。國人購買眼鏡仍有品牌及流行考量,並能接受擁有一支以上的眼鏡。 本研究結論為運動用途之防護眼鏡建議使用經紫外線處理的聚碳酸酯鏡片(PC),以防護紫外線的傷害,並較接近自然界之視覺色溫成像。勿用工業安全眼鏡替用。運動則必須選擇具有通過測試標準標示之運動眼鏡。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study is to evaluate the anti-ultraviolet (UV) efficacy of different exported sports glasses in order to improve industrial process and cooperate with Visual Science Dept. SZMC in the future. The method of this study is to analyze that analyzing the spectral transmissions of sports glasses and then compares their anti-UV efficacy. The results of this study are that Poly-Carbonate lens provides better protection than clear Poly-Carbonate lens. The worst performance in UV protection is glass lens. All the lens were passed the impact test. The conclusion of this study is as follow. We suggest to wear Poly-Carbonate lens to prevent the damage from UV radiation. Don't use industrial safe glasses as sports glasses. Wear a suitable sports glasses when you are sporting. |
