中文摘要 | 本文提出一套曲槽型外接式日內瓦機構之系統化設計與製造方法。所完成日內瓦 機構可消除在嚙合起點與終點的衝擊負荷,使其適用於高速傳動。首先,選擇加速度連續的 適當運動曲線,再依據共軛曲面原理,推導出日內瓦輪槽曲線座標。按著,利用MasterCAM 軟體以模擬刀具路徑並產生NC程式。最後,以數值工具機實際加工,製作出實際模型。除 此之外,本文並以一實例來說明本文所提方法。 |
英文摘要 | A systematic design and manufacturing method for producing the external Geneva mechanism with curved slots is proposed. The shock loading at the initial and the final of engaging can be eliminated by the mechanism produced. First, an adequate motion curve with acceleration continuity is selected, then the profiles of the curved slots are synthesized based on the theory of conjugate surface. Furthermore, the MasterCAM software is used to animate the tool path and generate the NC code. Finally, the real model of the Geneva mechanism is produced by a machining center. In addition, the proposed method is illustrated with an example. |
