中文摘要 | 八○年代的大陸書壇,興起了一陣論辨近代書學巨擘沈尹默功過是非的風潮, 其 勢至今未歇,影響書界甚鉅,以至有「沈尹默思潮」之目。詳觀各家對沈氏技法論的批評, 大多集中在「筆筆中鋒」以及「書家」「善書者」定位的質疑上,惜所據多有未盡覈實之處 。 今考論得知,沈說中鋒其來有自,且歷經藝術泛化心理與特殊闡釋機制而深入人心,非可咎 怪沈氏一人。雖然,沈氏亦有曲為中鋒迴護之嫌,因此導致對古人論書名言之誤解,此乃評 者未曾提及,而實難為沈氏諱者。 至於書家與善書者孰為輕重之辨,緣於沈氏為初學開示途徑,故看重書家,細察原文旨趣, 當知作者心目中固未嘗小視善書者。評者但執一偏厚誣沈氏,更據以認定其書學思想中無書 家主體情性修養之意識,實屬大謬。凡此皆因不明沈氏原著之體例及精神所致,故本文試為 一一指駁,釐析癥結所在,或可增益此一當代書壇重要議題之具體理解。 |
英文摘要 | Since the 1980s, there soared a vogue in calligraphy field in Mainland China, arguing with the merits or faults, right or wrong about a calligraphy authority-Shen, Yin Mo. The influence hasn't ceased so far and affects the field greatest, so that it is called "The trend of thought of Shen, Yin Mo". Studying each criticism about Shen's craftsmanship theory, great majority critics focus on two points: one is he put the brush tip at the middle (heart) of each stroke as his writing techniuque; the other is some oubts about his position whether he is a calligraphy artist or a skillful writer, however, most of these criticisms are not based on correct material. This shows by way of research and contrast, Shen himself said the brush tip at the middle of strokes comes from the grounds, and as the result of art generalization and peculiar elaboration, the technique goes deeply into the public feeling, it can't lay the blame on Shen himself for his wrinting. But even so, there is still a suspicion of his crooked defence for brush tip at middle strokes. Therefore, his defence led to misinterpret the ancients's eminent commmentaries about calligraphy, this is what the ritics, who criticise Shen, haven't mentioned yet. Actually, it is difficult to argue for Shen's faults. As for the defence about calligraphy artist and skillful writer which one is more important, it can say that Shen showed the way for tyros, so it is considered highly of calligraphy artist, nevertheless, by deliberating the test and purports can realize that the writer has never looked down upon the skill-ful writer. Critics criticize Shen just depending on garbling the context; even more according to this to recognize that there is no consciousness of sentiment and temperament as calligraphy artist stand for in Shen's calligraphy ideology-it is absolutely wrong. All because of the critics are not familiar with Shen's original work and spirit. Therefore, this commment try to indicate and refute these points, in order to trace back to the source, for the purpose of analyzing where the crux lies; or, it can profit the specific comprehension of the significant of the calligraphy fiield in the present age. |
