中文摘要 | 本研究主旨在於探討口投Schizophyllum commune萃取的多醣類beta-1, 3-glucan,是否可增強草蝦對弧菌(Vibrio damsela)感染的抵抗力。將體重15-20公克之 草蝦,分為四組,每組60尾蝦,分別餵飼含四種不同劑量0、0.2、2、10 g/kg diet之人 工飼料,同時在餵詞第10天與第20天後,各以V. damsela進行肌肉注射感試驗。結果顯示, 口投beta-1, 3-glucan之各組對於V. damsela之抵抗能力,口投添加量初步可定在0.5-1.0 g/kg diet之範圍。唯,在實際應用上,尚需考量養殖作業狀況,在劑量與投餌策略方面亦 再需研究修正,以確保其效果。 |
英文摘要 | A beta-1, 3-glucan product which derived from the fungus Schizophyllum commune was evaluated for its potential to increase resistance of grass prawn Penaeus monodon against Vibrio damsela infection. Four experimental diets with graded levels of beta-1, 3-glucan at 0, 0.2, 2, and 10 g/kg diet were prepared and tested with grass prawn, weighing 15-20g. Four groups of prawns, each sixty prawns were fed with the test diets. Challenge tests were performed at 10 and 20 days after the administration of beta-1, 3-glucan. Pawns were challenged by intermuscular injection with V. damsela at the dosages of 0.9x103, 6x103, 7x10s and 1x10d CFU/g bw. The results showed that the beta-1, 3-glucan significantly (p<0.05) increased the resistance of the prawn against vibriosis. An optimum dosage of beta-1, 3-glucan was 0.5-1.0 g/kg diet. To ensure, however, the use of beta-1, 3-glucan in commercial prawn farming, its dosage and feeding strategy should be further studied. |
