中文摘要 | 大同世界科技(股)公司(以下簡稱本公司)取得國立臺灣科學教育館新館委外營運(OT)案,自試營運迄今約2年,期間歷經設備及展品點交、試營運、正式營運,在館方監管之下,歷經組織人員的融合調整,流程修訂,清潔/保全/商場的管理,館方互動的學習及對合約解釋的認知差異…等。對於營運面臨問題及困難不斷的討論、試驗、訂立SOP、修正、檢討,所有同仁在這過程中進步很多。當然,在營運收入小於支出的壓力之下,營運的辛苦難以形容…! 本文對本公司科教館營運處的組織規劃、服務與效率、活動規劃與行銷、困境與建議提出看法,期望先進給予指導,讓營運能更有多元內容、更有創新做法,達到科學教育館委外營運的預期效益目標,政府、人民、企業的三贏。 |
英文摘要 | It's been two years passed after a trial run since Tatung System Technologies Inc. (tsti) obtained the operate-transfer (OT) project of national Taiwan Science Education Center (NTSEC). Meanwhile, we went through the period of the equipments and exhibits transferred and trial run. Furthermore, many issues of management happened after the operational right is transferred like organization adjustment, process modification, management of business establishment, security and environment maintenance, the public organizations interacting approach model and the cognition divergence of contract, etc... Facing the problems and difficulties while operating, constantly discussing, testing, concluding SOP, revising and making a self-criticism keep repeating, that makes all colleagues progress a lot in this course. It's hard to describe the toil especially under the pressure that income is less than the expenditure. The article raised our points at the organization draw, services and the efficiency, activities planning and marking, difficulties and suggestions of operation. We expect to get the guidance to make the operation of the content diversely and the methods creatively for reaching the win-win goal of the OT project. |
