中文摘要 | 國內剛性鋪面維修成效一直都無法提昇,主要原因除了維修技術及維修材料無法精進外,就是維修後均缺乏完整的檔案紀錄,致使維修經驗無法累積,進而無法評估維修方法及維修材料的成效,導致鋪面修了又壞,壞了又修,不但浪費公帑、降低鋪面使用壽,更進而危害交通安全。 本文旨在利用地理資訊系統(Geographic Information System, GIS)具有儲存、展示空間及屬性資料的功能,運用GIS將剛性鋪面各種損壞模式建立圖層,再應用圖層的疊合,展現各種損壞模式的分布情形來分析判斷鋪面損壞的原因。本文亦運用「病歷卡」的概念,利用GIS屬性資料來登記鋪面每塊版塊歷次維修記錄(包括損壞模式、損壞程度、維修日期、維修方法、維修材料等),並利用空間資料將鋪面維修前和維修後的照片加以儲存,以利爾後維修前,提供維修紀錄查詢,並累積維修經驗作為評估維修成效參考,避免不當、無效維修,提升維修成效。 |
英文摘要 | The result of concrete pavement repairs in Taiwan has continuously been unable to improve. The main reasons were due to the inability of bringing in top-grade repair techniques and repair materials, and also, due to the absence of complete filing record after the repair. As such, there is no accumulation of repair experiences and no further e valuation on the effects of repair methods and repair materials. Therefore, repaired pavements get damaged and were repaired again. This not only wastes public funds and reduces the life of the pavements but also endangers traffic safety. The purpose of this study is to use Geographic Information system (GIS) whose functions include the storage and display of spatial and attribute data. GIS is used to create graphic layers of various damage modes and combine these to display the distribution chart of these damage modes in order to analyze and determine the cause of pavement damages. This study applies the concept of “Case History Card”, and uses GIS attribute data in registering all previous repair records of each pavement shelf (including damage mode, degree of damage, date of repair, repair method and repair materials, etc.) Spatial data, on the other hand, is used to save the photographs of the pavement before and after the repair. These serve as references for inquiries before doing repairs in the future. These also provide accumulation of repair experiences to serve as references for the assessment of repair outcomes, avoid improper and ineffective repairs and upgrade repair outcomes. |
