中文摘要 | 本研究是利用水模實驗來模擬液態攪拌製作金屬基複合料之情形。水模實驗是將 不同形狀葉片設計的攪拌棒置於水槽底部上方適當處,以不同實驗條件,尋求其對攪拌效果 的影響,藉以得到最佳的攪拌條件。 將實驗所得之數據利用電腦繪製圖形後,可清楚看出葉片、槽徑、轉速等改變時其凹穴 高度及粒子穩定時間之變化情形。實驗結果顯示,攪拌速度增加時,凹穴高度及穩定時間均 有減少之趨勢。而此實驗所得結果,可作為實際上在製作金屬基複合材料時的參考及依據。 |
英文摘要 | This paper was being assisted by the water simulation experiment to simulate the production of metal matrix composite by using the liquescence mixer method. The water simulation experiment was conducted by setting different types of stirring blades at an adequate position above the bottom of stirring tank with different experiment conditions. In order to find the result of mixing effect, the optimum mixing condition was summarized and confirmed. The computer drawing software was used to draw the graph of the experimental result. Therefore, the stirring blades, stirring tank, the different mixing velocity variety, the change of the vortex cavity height and particles steady state time in the figure be clearly shown. According to the experimental results, it concluded that the higher the stirring speed, the lower the vortex cavity height and the steady state time. Thus, the experimental result could be treated as a reference and conformity in the production of metal matrix composite. |
