中文摘要 | 針對48家電子與紡織業股票上市公司,探尋臺灣企業,如何運用國際科技資源 與本身科技開發兩方面相互為用的策略作法,建立在國際市場上的競爭地位。 利用上市公司公開說明書之記錄資料,發現臺灣企業由國外引入新科技後造成科技擴散,促 成臺灣產業形成;企業的發展甚為依賴國外的產品引入及研發之科技支援;電子業由於產業 科技變動較強,研發活動遠多於紡織業;企業研發活動以製程科技為主,科技研發投入愈多 ,市場營銷成長愈佳,但製程研發對主要產品銷售成長有益,產品開發則與次要主產品銷售 成長有關。 企業的科技研發活動與國內外投資,及投資的業務性質有明顯的關聯,著重對國外高層次產 品技術投資者,在製程方面的科技研發較多;製造技術引進會提昇主要產品銷售成長;對於 國內關鍵零組件製造業投資,可刺激企業在產品開發方面投資,對次要主產品銷售成長有益 ;善用彼此輔助關係極為強烈的國際化策略與科技策略,對企業的市場競爭力有積極的助益 。 |
英文摘要 | This study had observed 48 large companies in textile and electronic industries, hoping to find out how they built up their technological competence form past poor base by the complementation of international resources. More than that, how they got strong market comptition status after the support of technology and international management. The strengthening of Taiwan industrywide technology heavily relied on transfer in of techniques from foreign investers and the spread of them. Not just the product tech which were new at that moment, but the succeeding R&D projects also relied on foreign sources. The more R&D programs, the stronger enterprises' competitive competence. Most of the programs emphased the improvement of production, they are helpful for growth of first main product line's sales. The progression of R&D is related to enterprises' investment in foreign. Investment in higher level products would improve manufacturing skill and stimulate more R&D programs about production. The inflow of production tech also would make the first main product line's sales grow, on the other side, investments in key components or poduction process in foreign would help the product related development programs which are helpful for the second product line's sales. Conclusively speaking, a combined strategy of internationalization and technology is benefitial to enterprises market competence. |
