中文摘要 | 本研究之目的在探討火力電廠鍋爐鹼洗保養時是否因局部加溫過熱而引起爐管之腐蝕。採用三種商用鹼洗液(A, B, C)及一種已知為乙二胺四己酸(ethylenediaminete-traacetic acid, EDTA)之D液,在120~200℃間檢測除垢效果及對鋼鐵爐管之腐蝕速率。浸泡實驗及電化學研究結果顯示:在120~180℃加熱下四種鹼洗液均具良好的除垢效果且未導致明顯腐蝕,其對爐管之腐蝕速率依大小次序為C>D>B>A,且除垢效率以A最佳(飽和鐵離子濃度在7280ppm),一旦溫度超過200℃,則四種鹼洗液均日過熱分解而導致嚴重腐蝕。熱重分析及傅立葉轉換紅外光譜分析可以驗證此一結果。 |
英文摘要 | The aim of this work is to investigate the possibility of corrosion induced at the over heating sites on the boilers during the performance of alkaline copper removal (ACR) process, a chemical cleaning maintenance of the boilers in the fossil power plant. The de-scaling efficiency as well as the corrosion rate of the boiler was estimated in a temperature range from 120 to 200℃ by comparison of three commercial cleaning solutions (A, B and C) with the fourth (D), containing ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA) as the major component. All kinds of solutions are qualified for use in the ACR process, even though the corrosion rate of boilers decreases in the order C>D>B>A and A exhibits the highest de-scaling efficiency, resulting in a solution saturated with ferrous concentration of 7289 ppm. Severe corrosion happened to the boilers once the ACR process was conducted at temperatures higher than 200℃ regardless the kind of solution used. Thermal gravity analyses and Fourier transform infrared spectrometry confirmed the result. |
