中文摘要 | 「山頂室內樂團」和「聖路易臺灣青少年室內樂團」是兩個分別在1999年和1989年成立於臺灣高雄縣大寮鄉及美聖路易市的社區青少年音樂團體。本研究乃對針對在臺灣和美不同生長環境而具有相同血統的青少年所組成的上述兩個音樂社會,分析與探討組織、定位、動機、招生、團練、編曲、特訓和演出具體實施內容,其震做為縣市鄉鎮推擴學校或社區音樂團體的參考。尤其是「山頂室內樂團」的實施模式乃是輔英科技大學為配合教育部推動「技專院校與校外學習型組織之教育夥伴關係」實典方案,與鄰近的山頂團小經由聯合、結盟之夥伴關係方式所成立。大學校院的各項資源分享社區,是社區改為其文化環境、增進教育建設的最佳策略之一。「山頂室內樂團」提供社區學童室內樂演奏技巧之學習,及舞臺演出經驗的增進;同時亦藉此機會建屯彼此情誼、學習領導能力、提昇個人技藝,以充實其精神生活,進而推動社區音樂教育環境之發展。「山頂室內樂團」成立以來,在各項成果展示活動中,獲得來自各界之肯定、鼓勵與支持。期望透「山頂室內樂團」各項活動的施行,使輔英科技大學與山頂國小的夥伴關係實例,能提供其他大學校院如何促進與社區資源分享的經驗。 |
英文摘要 | The 「Shan-Ding Youth Chamber Orchestera」and 「St. Louis Taiwanese Youth Chamber Orchestra」were two youth music groups in local community which were founded in Taiwan Kaoshiung Shine Taliao Hsiang, 1999 and USA St. Louis, 1989 Separately. This study tries to describe and analyze all the details of design and implementation of these two music groups in order to share the experience in the local communities. Especially, the 「Shan-Ding Youth Chamber Orchestra」was founded to promote the cultural environment in the community by Fooyin University and Shan-Ding primary School for the educational partnership between colleges of technology and non-institutional educational centers. The resources sharing of colleges of colleges and universities in communities can be one of the best strategies to promote their cultural and educational development. 「Shan-Ding Youth Chamber Orchestra」provides young musicians with the chamber orchestra technical challenges and stage experiences. Also, it gives them opportunities to build up friendship, leadership and workmanship enriching their lives Unless 「Shan-Ding Youth Chamber Orchestra」has received great support and encouragement form the public, it would not have grown up and developed so well today. Here, we would like to share the partnership experience between Fooyin University and Shan-Ding Primary School to other colleges and try to develop a mechanism of resources sharing in the local communities. |
