中文摘要 | 本研究透過個案研究的方式,以福特8D手法協助個案公司找到最佳切削速度、切削進刀量、切削進給速度、換刀頻率並與客戶共同制定外觀標準,改善了外觀不良之車刀刮痕,降低不良率,解決顧客抱怨。接著導入豐田式生產概念,使用六標準差重新設計DMADV步驟,對現場加工機台進行重新佈置,減少移動時間之浪費,提昇現場巡檢效率。 |
英文摘要 | This research has been conducted by case study method. The Ford 8D approach is used to assist the case company to find the best cutting speed, the precision cutting feed rate, the cutting feed speed, and decide the change frequency of tool knife and work with customers to develop a standard appearance. Improve the poor appearance of scratches, and achievement of lower defect rate, resolve customer complaints. Then, using Six Sigma DMADV to redesign step, to rearrange the production lines processing machine, reduces the waste of time, and enhance the efficiency of on-site inspection. |
